My husband bought me an initial diamond necklace from Klare last year which I absolutely love. I sent it back in so they could adjust the length for me and they did it at no additional cost. After some time I decided I wanted to reverse the letters and they took care of me no questions asked. I received white glove service a year after my purchase.
