Return + Exchange Policy

If within 5 days from the delivery date you change your mind, we are happy to offer you store credit, or you may opt for an even exchange for the same item in a different size or color. We do not accept any exchanges after the listed return window. Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom and made-to-order pieces are also final sale.

A flat fee of $40 each way will be charged for insured shipping and handling. Once an exchange is initiated and the label is created, the package must be scanned by UPS within three days. All returns and exchanges must be sent using our preferred shipping service so that your jewelry is fully protected in transit.

Once we have received your return, it will be inspected and processed within 5 business days. Items must arrive in brand new, unworn condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for store credit or exchange.
